By booking an appointment, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
All treatments, products, and offers are subject to availability.
Bookings
Appointment Booking
- Appointments must be booked online, providing personal details, including full name, date of birth, address, telephone number, and email.
Medical History and Consent
- Clients must complete a medical history questionnaire and consent form before their appointment. This will be sent via email 24–48 hours prior to your booking.
- Updated medical history and signed treatment consent forms are required for every clinic appointment.
Booking Fee
- A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee will be deducted from your treatment cost, subject to our cancellation policy (below).
- For consultations without treatment, the booking fee covers the practitioner’s time and expertise and can be redeemed against your first treatment within six months from the consultation date.
- Skincare consultation fees can be redeemed against products or a first in-clinic skin treatment.
Right to Refuse Treatment
- If no treatment is provided during your appointment due to a change of mind or unsuitability, the booking fee will be applied as a consultation fee. If you are unsure of your suitability, we would recommend contacting the clinic prior to booking.
- The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment for medical, ethical, or behavioural reasons.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
- Booking fees are non-refundable, regardless of the notice period provided.
Rescheduling Policy
- A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
- Appointments rescheduled within the 7+ day notice period can be moved to a date within 8 weeks without losing the booking fee.
- Appointments rescheduled with less than 7 days’ notice, or in the event of a no-show, will forfeit the booking fee, and a new fee will be required to rebook.
Serial Rescheduling
- Appointments can only be rescheduled once per booking fee.
Lateness Policy
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling with a new booking fee.
- For certain treatments, the session may proceed with adjustments (e.g. reduced numbing time), but no price reduction will be offered
Review Appointment
- Post-treatment reviews are offered as a courtesy for certain treatments, such as Botox.
- For Botox reviews, adjustments can only be made if attended 2–3 weeks post-treatment.
- No further review needs to be offered if you fail to attend your review appointment.
Chaperone Service
- Chaperones are available upon request to ensure comfort and professionalism.
- Please email/call to book an appointment with a chaperone. Friends or family members cannot act as chaperones.
Interpreter and Translation Service
- Basic translations via Google Translate may be used but are not guaranteed to be accurate.
Children & Pets
- Children under 18 are not treated unless in exceptional circumstances approved by the clinic director.
- Children are not allowed in treatment rooms or reception areas.
- Pets are not permitted in the clinic for hygiene reasons.
Payment Policy
- Payment must be made in full at the time of treatment unless an alternative payment plan (e.g., Klarna) is prearranged.
- Treatment courses must be paid in full at the first session.
Treatment Courses
- Treatment courses are non-refundable.
- Balances for outstanding treatments can be transferred to alternative products or clinical treatments.
- We may recommend a change in your treatment programme during your course of treatments to meet your individual needs.
Treatment Results & Refunds
Treatment Results
- Results vary due to individual factors such as skin type, age, and lifestyle. No specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
Refunds
- Fees are charged for the delivery of the treatment and associated services. Refunds are not provided if results fail to meet expectations, nor in any other circumstances.
- Skincare products are non-refundable unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer.
Side effects/Complications
- Complications are rare but may occur. Some issues may need to be addressed at the clinic without delay and you will be asked to return to the clinic at your expense.
- More serious complications requiring external treatment will be at the client’s expense privately or via the NHS where applicable.
Promotions & Gift Vouchers
Promotional Offers
- Offers are limited to one per person and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Gift Vouchers
- Non-refundable and valid for one year from the date of purchase. Physical vouchers must be presented at the appointment.
Photographs
- Consent is required for before-and-after photos for medical records.
- Consent for marketing use is optional and can be declined.
